THE FUGASETTA
Fugasetta are a typical dish of Ligurian gastronomy and their recipe finds its roots in Italian history, crossing the centuries, changing on the basis of customs and needs. Fugasetta are considered a poor dish due to the basic ingredients from which they are made. Over time these fritters have been filled with stracchino and then with other ingredients, thanks also to the imagination and the contribution of international Chefs, becoming today a differentiated product in multiple versions, both savory and sweet.
